First class service from Boys + Maughan

House purchase & sale.
hadn't used a solicitor for 46 years prior to my recent buying/selling experience so didn't know what to expect as regards to cost and procedures. Every step was explained and requested. Politely and quickly replies to emails sent. Although there were delays during the process this was not due to anything that the company did. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

House Sale and Purchase
Documentation which was provided was always clearly presented with clear next steps for us outlined. Excellent guidance was provided in terms of purchasing the property and advising about investigating potential future tax implications. Communications were always swift and clearly understandable.

Very helpful
