Stuart has more than 20 years’ experience in the law much of it spent as partner in the city of London. In that time, he has dealt with a wide range of commercial property transactions to include commercial conveyancing, secured lending, landlord and tenant matters and development. He also provides corporate support and advises on property related insolvency cases covering both corporate and personal insolvency. During this time Stuart has acted on behalf of a wide range of clients including landlords and tenants, private owned property companies, one of the biggest aircraft manufacturers in the world, a global real estate company, an international bus company, charities, mainstream banks, private banks, offshore trusts and individual investors as well as several SMEs.
