After being involved in a road traffic accident in 2022, with my young son in the car, whilst parked, I was stunned when there was any ambiguity as to who was at fault for causing the collision. Watermans took on my case as recommended by my insurers, and the other insurers finally admitted their client was at fault. However, they were still unhappy about compensating me for my injuries and expenses accumulated as a result of requiring a hire vehicle temporarily to replace my written off vehicle. This is when Scott became involved with my case. He put my mind at ease and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I felt like he actually cared about what had happened to me, which was refreshing after feeling like the other insurers had forgotten I was the victim. I noticed my case progressed much quicker once Scott became involved, and he was very approachable and answered any questions I had. He also rapidly responded to any emails I sent him, which I appreciated. I am happy to say my case settled out of court in January 2025 and I can finally move on with my life now.

Really happy with the support received
I am really happy with the support I received from Scott throughout this process. He always kept in contact and made sure I understood what was happening at each stage. It made the whole process much easier to handle.
