Made a difficult situation easier
As a neurodivergent person I struggle with executive function, and Ian made it very easy to check documentation, and communicate with the other side during my divorce.
The advice provided was excellent and made sure I was aware of all of my options without ever feeling overwhelmed by choice, and everything was clearly explained in terms I could understand.
The attention to detail was second-to-none and picked up several mistakes that the other side had made in the documentation.

Child Custody Representation
Ian is kind and professional. During the time we worked together, Ian consistently offered calm, honest and appropriate advice. My case was managed extremely well. Ian was always quick to respond and communicated in a way which I understood. I would definitely recommend Ian.

Divorce
Ian at Woolley Solicitors was recommended to me through a work colleague. Ian Giddings has throughout the process of my divorce, been brilliant. Very helpful and always quick to answer emails and telephone calls when required. Would definately recommend Ian Giddings at Woolley Solicitors.

Excellent Service
Ian went above and beyond to help me achieve the right outcome throughout a lengthy and emotional process which I am extremely grateful. Excellent lawyer
I used Mr Giddings as my family lawer on a few occasions and he would always be my first choice.

Acrimonious divorce
Ian kept me sane and focused during this most stressful period of my life.
My now ex-wife took me to court both before and after the divorce case.
The emotional anguish of having to prove that her statements were incorrect and that her accusations were false was immense but Ian guided me through the processes with good advice and support.

Excellent
Good clear advice from the start. Costs and pricing clear and didn’t change.
Although took longer than anticipated divorce now complete with no complaints, while other party has been given poor advice at a much higher price!!
Would happily recommend.

Straightforward experience
Ian Giddings was very sensitive and understood my situation. Explaining the process fully step by step so it was easy to understand, also explained costing which was most helpful.
