Great Solicitors in buying our first home
Stephen Rimmers team did an excellent job for us in securing our 1st home in UK. Both Roy and Joe was really attentive, fast in action. They followed up very fast and gave us guidance on what needs to be done from outside. Also we didn't needed to go behind them for action, they were steps ahead.

House sale.
Everything from start to completion was clearly outlined, immediately acted upon and i was kept up to date with how things were progressing.Jo was easily contactable and returned any phone call within minutes, clearly outlining and explaining any queries i had in layman terms.
I would thoroughly recommend Jo and this firm to anyone for their efficiency and professionalism in handling house sales in the future.

Professional & Prompt

Would highly recommend.
Roy and the team were fantastic at explaining each step of the progress and were happy to answer any enquiries I had throughout. All responses were quick, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Stephen Rimmer - due to making my first experience of buying a house more understandable and straight forward. Even with challenges, the team at Stephen Rimmer were proactive in trying to resolve issues and continued to check in with us on the progress.

The best property solicitor I have worked with
As a buy to let investor I have my fair share of issues and worked with multiple solicitors, Joseph is by far the best , proactive in communication and always responds in earliest time. He went above and beyond to get the contract exchange happen in a very tight schedule which would have cost me big amount . Highly recommended

Sale of property in Eastbourne
Thanks to both Roy and Joe for pushing the sale through on my flat in what was a fairly tricky transaction with lots of back and forth with the buyers solicitor asking very granular questions. I was relieved to sell the property as my previous buyer pulled out of the transaction.
Roy and Joe were great to deal with during the process and always replied to my emails and calls in a timely fashion. The documents they sent were understandable with a covering letter explaining exactly what was required from me which made it less stressful.
One small thing that I felt could improve the service is completing the transaction slightly faster as it took close to 6 months from end to end and i found i really had to push it through from my side where i could, but perhaps this is the norm these days!
Also it is very tricky to get hold of Roy, but this is likely due to him being extremely busy im sure with multiple cases and that is completely understandable as I know he takes a very senior role within the company. I feel it would help other customers if they were notified of this simply just so they are aware that this will happen during their case so they don't get frustrated attempted to speak with Roy and instead there are other very competent colleagues that can assist them such as Joe who offers a great alternative and is a pleasure to deal with!
Overall i was really happy with their work and completing the sale of my flat, so thanks once again for all your efforts.
