Colin Rawson is a Partner in Stephenson’s criminal litigation department who has extensive experience in representing individuals under suspicion or charged with serious criminal offences. Colin joined Stephensons in 2001 and has exclusively dealt with criminal matters since 2006 and deals with cases in all courts all around the country. He has been instructed in the most serious of cases from murder, large scale conspiracies and multi-hand drugs cases. These cases can involve forensic analysis of telephone data and cell site mobile phone data. He regularly deals with cases of a sexual nature, whether historic or more recent allegations.
