Mike immediately fills you with confidence. He explains things in a clear way, so I don't have to be a solicitor to understand him. I found he always made himself available and approachable, if ever I couldn't speak with him straight away - he always called or emailed me back, usually within a few hours.

I also appreciate how sensible he is about matters, trying to suggest they are dealt with before taking legal action, it never feels like he's trying to take on work just to charge you.

Disgraceful - After using Phillips Green & Murphy Solicitors as my legal representatives, I have been left with no option but to report them to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Legal Ombudsman due to their behaviour. I will update the review with the outcome of the investigations.
