A good experience from a bad time
Knowing nothing about the legal side of things I went into my claim wondering what I was getting myself into but after speaking to Marc and other members of his team my mind was quickly put at ease I was guided through the whole process and was reassured all the way i was never told anything that didn’t happen and come out of the process very satisfied

Personal Injury Claim
Marc Folgate and his team have been amazing. They have all been so kind, supportive and understanding and I have felt very cared for throughout the 4 years of my complicated case. Something I never expected from a law team.
Apart from obviously everyone’s knowledge and experience, I could not have coped with this journey without Marc and his team.
I was under no illusions how tough it would be, but without all their (and I want to say almost family care) , and their belief in me, I don’t think I would have got to the end.

Accident Claim
I was advised by a similar company in Bishop’s Stortford that did not cover this type of claim and l wasn’t disappointed. I dealt with Vicky Louise and she was outstanding from start to finish. Louise kept in the picture and l didn’t do a thing and this took all pressure of me. I would totally recommend this company if you want any help over a claim and made to feel you are a team trying to win a justifiable claim.

Personal Injury Matter
Folgate Legal were fantastic in my legal claim involving my daughter. They came up against many obstacles, particularly as it was after back log of COVID but they were persistent and professional throughout. They worked tirelessly on her case which finally came to court 2 years later with a very favourable outcome for my daughter.

Great solicitors
I was fobbed off by another firm of solicitors which claimed I did not have a case. My face was scarred by a so called beautician. Folgate solicitors took my case and worked very hard and I won my case with a large compensation.
