Associate

Jonathan is an Associate in our experienced and much-trusted Wills and Probate Department. He has worked in this area of law since 2007 and in January 2015, while working at Wace Morgan, he attained his ‘Chartered’ status as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Jonathan assists clients with preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and works with them in considering their lifetime planning. He also deals with the administration of a broad range of estates, including those where Inheritance Tax is payable and where there are trust arrangements. Jonathan offers a sympathetic and practical approach and is pleased to advise new and returning clients during what may be difficult and challenging times, especially in the case of bereavement. Jonathan is an affiliate member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers. He is also proud to be a ‘Dementia Friend’ and a Mental Health First-Aider. Outside of work, Jonathan is active in the Shrewsbury and wider Shropshire community and enjoys fitness, reading, music and spending time with family and friends.
