House sale
Simon Franklin was very helpful and efficient in completing all the works necessary to get our purchase completed in good time and answered all our emails promptly. As we were abroad we really needed someone on our side in the UK and we felt that Simon was always there in our corner making sure our interests were always at the forefront of negotiations.

Land Registry
Simon Franklin helped myself and my parents with a declaration of trust and to enter a restriction on the title deeds to register my interest in my parents property.
