Todd joined GT Stewart in 2024 from a well-established and reputable high-street firm in Oldbury. He has been a qualified Solicitor since 2015 and has been working in Family Law since 2011 prior to qualifying. He is an experienced Family Law Solicitor whose practice encompasses a wide variety of areas in Family Law. Todd advises and represents clients in both Public and Private Law matters, as well as injunctions such as Non-Molestation and Prohibited Steps Orders. He also represents parents in pre-proceedings meetings with Local Authorities. Todd advises and represents parents, other family members, interveners, and prospective special guardians. As a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel is able to represent children via their appointed Guardians in both Public and Private Law matters.
