Miscarriage of justice
What can we say , after our son going through what has to be the worst time of his life and ours , it was lucky we found Hannah and her team as Sampson bailey .
From the moment we spoke to Hannah she filled up with positivity , I just wish we had used them at the outset .
Hannah guided us through the whole situation with a personal touch and reassured us at every point , from the bail hearing to the application to dismiss Hannah assured us of the outcome and she was correct .
I hope we never have to use Sampson bailey again, but if we did ever need a criminal lawyer I would only be using them .

Hannah Sampson and her team were simply splendid
I had a very personal and sensitive matter that required legal advice and direction. From the moment I contacted Hannah's firm everyone I dealt with (i.e. from the first person who answered my call to when I spoke with Hannah herself) was the epitome of professionalism and compassion. The advice Hannah gave was clear and easily actionable and I left the consultation feeling immeasurably better than I did before speaking to her. Train Fare Evasion Case
from the very start of the process Hannah was not only fully professional but very personal to my case, taking time to clear explain and articulate the legal process of the subject matter. Hannah managed to succesfully agree a settlement to my case by responding to the opposition in a clear, concisce and professional way, even when their responses were hair pullingly frustrating. Hannah always made time for me during her busy schedule which really gave a personal touch and gave me the feeling that she really cared about my case, no matter how big or small the issue was, Hannah could always articulate this in a way that made the most complex issues understandable to a non-legal professional. I was very impressed with Hannah's process of work during responses to the opposition, with a good guage of really when to send a firm response when needed. I would recommend Hannah's services to anyone who ends up in a similar situation to myself.

Excellent Representation
From the first initial communication with Hannah and throughout she was incredible. She explained every element of the case and my particular situation and was thorough with good attention to detail. She represented me in the Magistrates Court with confidence & ease and it was very reassuring to have her there with me. Our positive result was all down to Hannah and I would recommend her 100%.
