Great professional staff from strat to the end. They go through step by step of the case in detail with you. Keep you updated at all times. Got the outcome that I was advised I'd receive.

I had the pleasure of working with Aisha Sajed for my Claim.

Miss selling claim
Coutmacs service has been first rat, they perused my claim over many months and obviously put in a lot of hard work, eventually referring my claim to the ombudsman after the finance company rejected it out of hand. The ombudsman has ruled in my favour and I could not have done it without Courmacs and particularly my case handler who I cannot praise enough.

Outstanding Aishah.
My experience with Aishah was everything I would expect from a solicitor and more.
She was extremely professional from the word go. She would be more than happy to explain processes and situations to me and find the time to answer any questions and queries I had in a timely manner, never rushing to give me the advice I was looking for.
Due to this being a claim against a car finance provider, the process with Aishah came to an end before a decision was made on whether the claim was successful, however the work she completed in the mean time was outstanding and the advice she gave me on now to follow the claim process myself through the ombudsmen service was very much appreciated.
I would be more than happy to use her services again and would definitely recommend her to friends and family for future work.
