I have been dealing with Hunter and Robertson for almost 9 months and during this time I have found them to be the most helpful supportive company I have ever dealt this, my father passed away and they have been working with my to deal with his estate, it’s concluded now but this was down to the superb services that were offered to me namely by Fiona Allison

Excellent service and a great help
I was in a slightly unusual situation as a relative had died without a will and there were a number of other complicated facts. It was difficult to know where best to start to get the right advice. I was put in touch with Hunter & Robertson and Fiona Allison in particular who gave me clear advice on what the various steps would be. This gave me the confidence I needed to proceed and an eventual successful outcome. Such a thing can be distressing to deal with but I felt reassured that the advice and service I received were appropriate and this helped immensely with the various decisions I had to make. Given the circumstances, all of this was vital for me that I felt I was in safe hands.

Mother's estate

Guardianship
The service we received from Lesley-Ann was second-to-none, and our application for guardianship was processed smoothly from initial meeting to the final court hearing. I would recommend Hunter & Robertson without hesitation.

Amendment to Powers of Attorney
Met Fiona Allison who organised and set up amendments to our existing Powers of Attorney. At all times she lead us through the changes in a very pleasant and courteous manner explaining clearly the meaning and outcomes of the legal processes.
My Wife and I were very impressed with everything done in preparation for the signing of the appropriate Documents witnessed by Mr. Docherty who further explained what the finished Documents would cover. Thanks very much to all concerned. Andrew Palmer.

Excellent Professional Service
Managed the executor duties of an estate very professionally and courteously. It was a complicated situation involving a number of factors and I was impressed in how Hunter & Robertson handled the whole case. It took over a year to get the estate finalised but H&R kept me informed at all stages and were a great professional help at this difficult time. I would recommend these solicitors.
