Bad information, solicitor left early
Solicitor left as soon as the interview was finished and was not present for any discussions with the officer about the caution i recieved. The police tricked me into accepting a caution which wasn't accurate or proportionate by giving me false information. Had my solicitor still been with me, he would have been able to give me the correct information. The result of this is I have a caution on my record which will hinder me from obtaining certain jobs in the future. Had I known this I would not have accepted the caution.
