Shelley qualified as a solicitor in October 2016, working in a wide range of Litigation and Property matters during her training. I used Mullis & Peake for the conveyancing of flat as well as a lease extension. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the conveyancing solicitor throughout the process; I felt that communication was prompt and that my case was being looked after. As a first time buyer the process was overwhelming at times and the leasehold complicated, but the solicitor was available to discuss matters on the phone and advise the next steps which was reassuring. There was good communication between the conveyancing and lease extension solicitors so that the time-sensitive legal process was conducted correctly.

I would like to thank Paul Fursman, Shelley Fitzpatrick & Sophie Williamson for their invaluable help throughout a very stressful time. As a first time buyer and dealing with the unknown world of leasehold properties, they explained the legal jargon in an accessible way for myself and partner to understand. Lease update linden street Romford
I worked with Shelley Fitzpatrick updating a lease on one of my rental properties in Linden Street Romford.
She was a pleasure to work with and made a difficult process easy,the response to all my emails was prompt and efficient.
She then contacted Land Registry to expedite the lease as I was moving property into a limited company,which again become an easy process.
I have worked with many different solicitors and by far Mullis and Peake were the best.

Shelley was extremely helpful in all matters regarding our lease extension and when she was away her colleague Joanne was willing to help with anything that arose. I was impressed that nearly one year on from completing the extension, Shelley still responds in a timely manner to any questions that I have had.
