Senior Associate

Kate is an experienced Senior Associate and leads the Thames Valley litigation team whilst being a key contact for many of the firm’s corporate clients. Kate represents and advises both employers and employees on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment related issues. She also has extensive experience in negotiating sensitive and high value exits and also provides day to day advice for many of the firm’s corporate clients within a broad range of industries including in respect of disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, complex long-term sickness absences, business restructuring and reorganisation and settlement agreements. Kate regularly acts for clients within the financial, technology and manufacturing industries.
