Help with getting divorced

One Couple, One Lawyer divorce process
Richard Sharp managed to walk us through the divorce process, efficiently and in a balanced way and we collectively managed to take our agreement and get it into a format that he was happy that the court would accept and approve. The agreement was approved, Richard made the process less painful, more collaborative and it was agreed in a timely fashion and was consequently less expensive.

Imminent divorce advice
Having contacted Richard and set up an initial consultation, I was given a little homework prior to the meeting which meant we could get straight down to business during the consultation. Richard was able to provide me with all information I needed and covered all eventualities. I left the consultation at ease which was one of my main objectives during the difficult process.

Clear, personable and efficient
I sought advice after a matter had "fallen through the cracks" with a previous firm. Sharp Family Law were able to pick up the matter, explain clearly and concisely how it could be addressed and gave a, what proved to be, rather accurate estimate of costs. I was very happy with the service and communication throughout. I appreciated the comprehensive yet pragmatic approach taken and would highly recommend the firm if you find yourself with such a need.

Divorce
Initially from the start I was nervous about starting my process of my divorce,but Richard was extremely supportive and understanding .

Working with Richard
I am glad to say that getting divorced is something I shall only do once as I shall not remarry. Given that it has been a once in a lifetime experience, I feel blessed that I found Richard. Not understanding the intricacies of divorce or tax, Richard had my back and for that he was worth his weight in gold. He is thorough, professional and kind. Despite the sad nature of divorce, I actually enjoyed my conversations with Richard although I am relieved it is now all behind me. Thank you.
