Samantha Millington handled the purchase of our present home during the time when there was a great deal of activity due to the temporary cancellation of stamp duty creating a great deal of work for solicitors to beat the completion cut off date. There was also a holdup lower in the chain near our completion date but she finished the job in good time. She later provided proof of our ownership of the solar panels on the roof for the transfer of the Feed In Tariff contract. Two way communication was good throughout.

Seamless and supportive

Patience of a saint!!
Sam Millington and Rosie Martin acted on behalf of myself for the sale of my property. I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided to me, our buyers solicitors were extremely frustrating and elongated the process by a good number of weeks, but they handled my persistent calls and emails with such professionalism.

Conveyancing Transaction
Samantha Millington has again provided a very good service for a conveyancing transaction which was not straightforward due to my mum passing away before we exchanged Contracts which meant I had to obtain a Grant of Probate for the sale to proceed. Samantha, as always, provided an excellent service along with the help of her Secretary, Rosie.
