All the staff we interacted with were helpful. From the first point of contact to Trudi Bates and her team. They answered any queries we had in a timely and professional manner. Face to face meetings were excellent. We were kept up to date with all actions current and going forward.

We were very pleased with the help and advice given by Trudi with our Wills. They were completed in a quick and efficient way as Trudi explained to us that our existing Wills would have caused problems in the future that we were unaware of and not what we wanted.

I was pleased with the advice given to me by Trudi. She explained clearly the difficulties that might ensue if my original plan had been followed. Head over heart is probably the best maxim in legal matters! She was understanding and clear in her explanation and reasoning.
