We can highly recommend Curtis Legal.
This is the second time we have used Curtis legal to deal with all of our financial issues following a death, firstafter the death of my grandfather in 2018 and most recently the passing of my mother.
Everything was dealt with compassion and just took the worry away from having to deal with bank accounts and probate.
I can highly recommend the service provided and at a time when everything is so emotional, this was a big part I did not have to deal with.
Thanks to Kate who was always so helpful and available to answer any questions we had and to Craig who came out to see us and explain everything.

Kate from the company handled the probate application of our late mother’s estate for my sister and I. Kate and her colleagues were professional and kept us up to date with proceedings. They took the stress out of dealing with the probate application and I would recommend this company for anyone in a similar situation, it is also great value for money too.

Responsive and professional
Kate managed the probate application for our late dad. She was responsive throughout and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Overall, Curtis Legal have taken the stress out of an emotional time and for that we’re really grateful. Thank you again for all your help!

My sister and I were very impressed with the professionalism in dealing with our claim for Compensation against the care company that failed our mother ( now deceased). Curtis legal we’re very helpful and looked after us during the whole process. We were happy with the damages awarded and would not hesitate to recommend them to others
