Great Experience from Start to Completion
From the beginning of the transaction and right until completion, I have had an excellent experience with Grant Saw Solicitors. From the outset, their professionalism and atention to detail were evident. Randeep took the time to explain to me her concerns and provided clear, knowledgeable guidance that made much easier.

Highly recommended
I'm immensely grateful for Randeep's professionalism, kindness and meticulous work. She helped me through a very difficult attempted purchase and then a successful one with expertise, attention to detail, clear communication, good humour and empathy. Randeep spotted problems that the sellers' solicitors did not see and she steered me away from many potential pitfalls and helped me meet my deadline. I knew I was right to come back to Randeep to work on my second go at buying a house and I would highly recommend her to anyone who hopes for a good understanding of their property and the purchase process. Purchase of property
Randeep is a very friendly and professional solicitor who helped us with the purchase of our property. I can honestly say that she went the extra mile at every stage of the complex purchase and reached out by phone, video calls and emails to make sure things moved along swiftly and in a timely manner. Always available and approachable. She was even responding to emails over the weekend. Worked to our tight deadlines and delivered above and beyond what we expended. Highly recommend Randeep for any property transaction.

Professional, prompt, respectful service

Proactive and thorough solicitor
Randeep acted for us on a purchase complicated by having to deal with a family trust. Despite the most awful solicitors acting for the Trust, Randeep proactively drove the transaction, pointing out the Trust's adviser's mistakes and finding solutions to problems.

Property sales and purchase
I have used Randeep several times over the last few years for purchases and sales that have often been drawn out. She’s a consummate professional and extremely experienced. She will use the phone instead of relying entirely on emails. She is a fantastic person to work with. You will never just feel like just another case number but feel like you are getting a genuinely personal service. I’ve used many solicitors over the years - Randeep is the only one I have recommended to others and the only one I have used more than once. She’s literally outstanding.

Over 30 years of great service
We have used Grant Saw for over 30 years and have always had a great service from them for property sales/purchase, wills and probate, we wouldn't use any other solicitors.

Trusted solicitor for the purchase of our first home
Randeep was our trusted solicitor for the purchase of our first home and came personally recommended by a friend.
During the entire process Randeep showed great professionalism. She's been responsive and pro-active and has guided us through everything with this being our first time buy. We can't recommend her enough and we would certainly appoint her again if we're in need of legal services.
