Randeep Thethy
Our recent house sale is the third time Randeep has undertaken conveyancing for us. We go back to her because she is superbly prompt and efficient, great at finding solutions to problems, and always very responsive to her clients. She is a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend her.

I recently had the good fortune of working alongside Randeep Thethy on a recent sale. it was thanks to Randeep's professionalism, never to much trouble attitude and attention to detail that we were able to get a successful outcome for our shared client, I very much hope to work with Randeep again in the future

First Class
I recently worked with Randeep on my UK property purchase, and her support was invaluable. Despite our different time zones, he was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had from afar. I was also facing tight timelines due to budget constraints, but Randeep handled everything flawlessly and saved me a significant amount. Thank you again, Randeep!

Randeep is First Class
The service and help Randeep gave us was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for more from her. All our calls were answered, either immediately or as soon as she became free. Everything was explained clearly, and she really made us feel that she cared personally for us. Many thanks Randeep.

First property purchase
Myself and my sister recently purchased our first property and were appointed Randeep as our solicitor and I can't recommend her highly enough.
Randeep is not only extremely knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain complex legal matters in a way that's easy to understand.
Throughout the process she was responsive and was very good at addressing our concerns and answering any questions.
Her professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence that purchase was in good hands.
If you're looking for a reliable and effective solicitor, I wholeheartedly recommend Randeep. She made a challenging situation much more manageable and we are truly grateful for her support.

18 hour exchange!!!!!
One of our recent transactions with Randeep was the quickest we’ve ever experienced. As mentioned in the title, Randeep successfully coordinated with the buyer’s solicitor to complete the exchange just 18 hours after sending the full contract. Randeep understood the urgency of the situation and even worked outside of regular hours to ensure everything was completed swiftly. I can’t thank her enough – the standard has been set incredibly high. Looking forward to the next one!

Randeep Thethy - the best there is
Once again Randeep helped us through a property purchase (and this time also a sale) with professionalism, speed and kindness. She is efficient, clear and a pleasure to work with, even the estate agent acting for our purchase went out of their way to tell us how brilliant they thought she was.
If the time comes for us to move again we know we’ll be picking up the phone to Randeep, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a solicitor.

First rate solicitors
I have had an excellent service from Randeep and her colleagues at Grant Saw. The property sale went through very quickly and at every stage Randeep was extremely helpful and efficient. I was particularly impressed with her ability to clearly explain some of the more complicated aspects of the transaction. I was abroad for much of the time which made collection of necessary documentation more difficult, but Randeep gave me every support until everything was completed. This was certainly my best experience of a property transaction.

Above and Beyond
Randeep was incredibly helpful all the way through our complex house sale and purchase. She answered all queries promptly and was able to help us think constructively about how to manage issues along the way, leading to the successful completion of a very difficult chain. Highly recommend!
