Fantastic Experience
From the first contact when I asked for a quote to the completion of the property sale, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. The quote was competitive, I received a phone call to discuss the transaction. Everything was dealt with promptly and in all honesty I don't think the transaction would have been completed when it was without UTK pushing it along. I generally don't bother leaving reviews, as life is busy but when you get really good service, it is important to recognise it and help others when they are trying to choose who to act for them.
