I can highly recommend Simon Parker and his team at Ashtons. He has helped me a few times now and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again. Would always return to Ashtons for legal advice
We have now had several occasions to use the services offered by Ashtons Legal. They have helped us buy and sell properties, have settled a complicated estate and have helped with the writing and re-writing of our wills. I would always look to Ashtons first if I needed legal advice even though we have now moved to a different part of the country.

House sale
Great service at all stages, sound legal advice, good communication throughout, prompt actions and good end of sale process to get things completed and sale proceeds transferred efficiently.
Good value fees.
Would recommend to others and plan to instruct in further sales/purchases in the future
