I've used Baker Law several times and they have always been totally professional, very helpful and communicative, and pleasant to deal with too. Particularly Mark Ridley and Nancy Wilson, both of whom saw us successfully through very difficult legal tangles. We could not wish for better solicitors.

Excellent all round
We recently used BakerLaw for a sale and subsequent purchase of a property, and a deed of trust.
Despite some difficulties in the chain beneath us, the service from BakerLaw was exceptional throughout from the whole team, but in particular from Jenn and Kevin, who went above and beyond to ensure the transactions were completed successfully in often frequently changing process towards the end of our completion and exchange.
Would certainly recommend and look forward to using their services again.

Resolving an unjustified right of way claim.
BakerLaw managed a case for me where someone had claimed access onto land that I owned. The law was very clear on the matter but the claimant persisted with an unjustified claim. The advise I was given by BakerLaw proved to be accurate and they guided me to a successful resolution.

Mark and Amanda have remained professional and ethical throughout this extremely stressful experience, which is more than can be said for the opposing solicitors.
