Sale of commercial property, Lincoln
The terms of our contract were protracted and somewhat convulted. Susan supported us admirably throughout the whole process, keeping us fully informed of our position when things deviated from the contract.
Completion was reached in a very professional manner and we are extremely grateful to have had Susan represent us.

Nothing to Dislike
Very pleased with the work Sills & Betteridge and in particular Susan Thomas carried out for us on the sale of our commercial property together with her friendly, approachable nature. This sale was far from straight forward (in my mind) but Susan took it all in her stride. I would have no issues in recommending her.

Land & Lake Purchase
Although a slightly complicated purchase due to access restrictions/issues which resulted in an extended duration of completion from acceptance of offer we were kept informed and provided with detailed information throughout. Once all issued were resolved the exchange and completion process was completed in a professional and timely manner.

Excellent service provided
From the initial enquiry through to final invoicing the service has been thoroughly professional. Helpful to receive interim invoices to spread the cost. The service I required did not come cheap but you get what you pay for so ultimately no complaints.
