Lease extension and sale of flat
Ursula was responsive and easy to communicate with, I appreciated a quick chat on the phone to talk me through things as required, whereas we covered the rest of what was needed via email. House sale
I found Ursula to be very professional and sorted things out very quickly, for a layman like myself she explained things to me and made sure I understood what I needed to do which helped me out a lot, I will be using Wellers again if needed in the future.

Martin and Claire Sweet - house sale/purchase 2023
The difficult and protracted sale of our property in the Keston area and the hassle we faced in the purchase of a property here in Buckinghamshire were made a whole lot more bearable with the professional help of Ursula Puch. Accepting that I could not meet face to face with Wellers (Ursula Puch) I was extremely happy with the handling of the sale of my parents property .Ms.Puch kept me fully informed of progress in the sale and handled the case most sympathetically bearing in mind this was my late parents longstanding home and mine for the first 25 years of my life so it was very emotional letting the house go.

house purchase
Very simply, in a very turbulent year where covid has played a huge part in changing everybody's working environment. Our solicitor Ursula has acted always on our best behalf highlighting the pro's and cons in our transaction
With all that was happening throughout the pandemic we manage to conclude with satisfaction between both parties , and Ursula should be complimented for steering us through a very difficult path
i will be using Ursula moving forward on other projects

Excellent, personal and professional - highly recommend
