In relation to corporate matters, she has had experience in merger and acquisition deals, loan agreements and legal charges, shareholders agreements and restructuring of companies. She has also had a range of experience in commercial drafting of terms of business, services agreements and sourcing agreements for each company’s needs. She enjoys speaking to all clients and getting an understanding of their projects and what they are all about.

Working with Lizzie Kate and Charlette, was a pleasure from start to finish. I don't enjoy the detail of contracts and so giving the work to experts that thrive in this type of work was a very good decision!

I have worked with Bradley Haynes for several years now on multiple purchases, sale, refinances, loan documents etc and they have always been very quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Specially working with Andrew, Helena, Charlette and Kate who have all been fantastic and always go the extra mile to get the deal complete with sometimes very tight deadlines and difficult circumstances.
