Outstanding service from the conveyancing team
Outstanding and supportive service from Suzanne and the conveyancing team. With a couple of abortive sales behind us, out of the blue, the latest buyer wanted to complete and exchange within 5 working days. All done with minimum stress for us. We have used Morr & co many times over the years and have never been disappointed.

House purchase for first time buyer
I engaged Suzanne to act for me on the purchase of a property. Suzanne and team were easy to get hold of throughout - they gave clear advice and explained the process very well. Suzanne also worked hard to ensure that exchange and completion went ahead as scheduled. I would definitely recommend Suzanne to other first time buyers.

Sale of my house in Redhill - great job
I have used Suzanne Porteous from Morr & Co before when buying and selling property and she has been professional and highly effective again now.
She is knowledgeable and great to deal with, even in the inevitable stressful times, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her strongly.

Expensive and slow
We used Morr and Co because our original solicitor's company was absorbed by them through successive takeovers. We were personal friends with the original owners. Morr couldn't offer that personal touch and although they worked hard for us tended towards accepting extra elements to the conveyancing procedure which of course drove up the costs. The purchasers solicitors were unhelpful which also hindered Morr's progress. Morr were civil and professional but unimpressive. The process took ages. Suzanne kindly made a home visit to try and push things along.

Perfect house sale partner
Suzanne handled the sale of my Late Uncle’s house on behalf of the Executors. Always professional and cheerful in her approach even dealing with issues as they arose plus multiple Executors which must have been challenging at times.
