Jenna went above and beyond to get my house purchase over the line to avoid breach of contract. I had miscalculated the completion date and Jenna was superb in the way she reacted and managed to save me a potentially embarrassing situation. I cannot thank her and WGA enough. if i need conveyancing again i will look no further. Thank you.

Jenna was superb from start to finish. Efficient and concise, explained everything in good detail so we understood all the complex areas of house-buying. We experienced delays that were unfortunately out of our control (local council backlog) and Jenna handled everything smoothly to ensure quick completion as soon as feasibly possible.

Jenna Green, supported by Rachel Griggs, acted on behalf with both the sale of my existing property and the purchase of my next. Jenna was incredible from initial enquiry through to post completion. I was provided with all paperwork, search results, contracts in a friendly and timely manner. Most contractual enquiries where pre-empted and acted upon promptly, and if I had any questions they were answered on the same day. When I visited the office for documents to be signed and dropped off all the colleagues at Ward Gethin Archer were very friendly and happy to assist.
Jenna understood that all parties wanted to move quickly with sale and purchase and she drove this, especially when we having problems with my buyers solicitor, who were dragging their heels. I preferred to communicate through email, but on completion day when we were experience avoidable delays, Jenna called me several times to update me on the progress. I knew she was doing everything she could to get us over the line and I'm so grateful for her incredible empathy and service.
Post completion, we had a couple of issues with Solar Panels and HMRC, but again, without hesitation Jenna resolved these for me.
This was the 2nd time I'd used Ward Gethin Archer for my conveyancing and you have a client for life. Simply incredible!!
