Chartered Legal Executive

Gabrielle is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Employment Team, providing employment services to a variety of client’s including SME’s, HR professionals, charities and individuals. She has experience in dealing with a range of employment law issues such as grievance and disciplinary procedures, redundancy, drafting and negotiating Settlement Agreements, Employment Tribunal claims, unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants and drafting employment documentation which includes Staff Handbook policies, contracts of employment and consultancy agreements. Gabrielle works with the Corporate Team on employment matters relating to TUPE and due diligence as well as drafting and negotiating director’s service agreements. She additionally works with the Commercial Property Team providing advice on TUPE matters. Gabrielle is a regular speaker at Woodfines HR forums and delivers employment law training both at conferences and webinars. Gabrielle joined Woodfines in 2019 and worked as a Paralegal in the Woodfines Employment and Corporate Commercial Team and later decided to focus solely on Employment Law in 2024. She studied law at the University of Hertfordshire graduating in 2016 before going onto study with CILEX qualifying as an Employment Chartered Legal Executive in December 2024. Gabrielle is passionate about equal opportunities and education and volunteers as a career mentor with a local charity. Gabrielle is a Fellow of CILEX and a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association.
