As a leaseholder and percentage shareholder of our Freehold company, I engaged Neelam to assist with the extension and standardising of several leases within our building. Neelam is thorough, easy to speak to and sought to have a good understanding of the issues affecting our leases and title deed for the building. Efficiency and Professionalism
It has taken me years to find where Neelam had moved to from when she was based in Kingston upon Thames. As an estate agent, Neelam was my number one go to solicitor when I was invited by my clientele to recommend one for our property transactions. It was sad to see Neelam leave the firm at Colemans, and it took me years to find a suitable replacement. But now I have found her and will not be letting her loose. I am not surprised at all from the google comments about her due diligence as this is why I enjoyed working with Neelam. Wishing her continued success. Hani Madanat of Coombe Residential

Professional
The service was both professional and personal. Mine was not the easiest of transactions but, at every point in the journey, I was kept up to date. Both Joe and Neelam went out of their way in order to smooth the process. I cannot thank them enough.

Would definitely recommend
Neelam Trikha at the Crystal Palace office did our lease extension work earlier this year. She was incredibly efficient, was able to refer us to an excellent surveyor who worked to deadline, and moved through a potentially difficult negotiation very calmly and professionally. I would definitely recommend her for this sort of work.

Highly Recommend
Nigel and Stephanie were helpful and professional throughout the recent use of their services. Stephanie in particular took a lot of heat during the sale of my property and was brilliant (as ever) despite a large work load. Second time I’ve used them for conveyancing after using them for a lease extension (Neelam). They are a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

Professional
The phrase �due diligence� is often loosely used however, in my opinion, this phrase was created to uniquely describe Neelam Trikha. This lady is an absolute �rotweiller� for detail and made the process of extending a lease on a property painless and affordable, considering the unexpected extensive work involved. This lady will not leave a stone unturned and proved so locating essential missing paperwork that had been buried in archives for over 30 years. Her attention to detail in reviewing a rather antiquated original lease, prior to the extension application, was breathtaking. Her professionalism was so comforting that on completion of my lease extension, I passed Neelam's details to other residents looking to extend their leases.

Very helpful
Our residents association used this company to undertake a lease extension for the eight flats in the block. Neelam Trikha was the solicitor acting for the company and helped us to update aspects of the original lease and ensure that all the required information was received from flat owners to complete the lease extension process. Ms Trikha provided good advice and was very helpful, professional and thorough, throughout the process. She has also assisted the company in relation to conveyancing queries when flat sales/purchases have taken place.

What a fantastic service!
