Purchase of a new property

Excellent service from Jane Williams and her team.
A proactive supportive service. Buying and selling property is not easy when you are older but with Jane Williams at the helm it becomes stress free. I have used this Branch of the Company numerous times. Jane certainly is a perfectionist and responds to all the queries instantly. Answering every email within minutes, often at the weekend. Her team are equally deserving praise, especially Emma who supported me throughout. The loss of a buyer, working with difficult unresponsive Managing Agents and other challenging setbacks. All dealt with, not only professionally but also promptly.

Appreciation
Jane has been an incredible professional.
Extremely approachable she is always there when we had questions during the purchasing process of our house.
Nothing was to match for Jane to ensure our interests were safe-guarded. It was a particularly ‘difficult’ process, but Jane gave us the assurance and confidence to continue in moments of doubt.
We would not approach anyone else if we were to sell/buy another property.
We are immensely grateful for all you have done for us.

Faultless service - again

An excellent service
I used Martin Tolhurst for conveyancing purposes. Jane Williams was exceptionally helpful and always listened if I had any queries. All the Staff were friendly and responded to my emails very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Incredible Service during our house sale
We were connected to Martin Tolhurst through our selling agent, Dockside Properties.
I must say, I was truly impressed by how smoothly the entire process unfolded. Our dedicated solicitor, Jane Williams, deserves special mention for her exceptional support. She was consistently available via phone and email, providing valuable assistance every step of the way.
The team maintained consistent communication with us during a rather complex process that involved lease extensions and interactions with other, less capable, firms. Their proactive approach made a significant difference and I'd thoroughly recommend their services.

Step into independence
We needed a solicitor who would help our autistic son take his first step into independent living, in his own house! Jane Williams and her team were noting short of brilliant!
