Simon became the Chairman at Actons in June 2019. His daily role sees him working in our Corporate and Commercial team, an area of law which he has practised since qualifying as a solicitor and joining Actons, in 2003. Simon has sixteen years’ of experience advising SMEs, who typically turn over between £1M and £50M, and banks and alternative lenders on lending and security issues.
