I’ve used thatcher and Hallam twice now. Hayley helped us when purchasing my house and also when selling my house. Both times the service has been brilliant. Super fast and easy to communicate with but also very informative.
Really happy with the decision to use thatcher and Hallam it made a big task a lot more manageable.

Great experience

Probate Sale - Excellent Support
This was an unfortunate deceased estate sale. Probate took forever and the appointed legal team (not Thatcher & Hallam) dragged it out but Hayley was amazing, did everything behind the scenes, dealing with the estate agent and buyers solicitors. I was kept informed every step of the way and as soon as probate was granted the sale went through smoothly.

Positive experience
My wife and I have been on a madcap adventure having moved house three times in recent years.We were recommended to use Thatcher and Hallam and have never regretted it.Communication with Hayley Wakefield has always been excellent which is so important in the process.Hayley has acted professionally at all times and has been a joy to deal with.

Just brought a house
Recommend by a friend of mine and not disappointed, everything was completed in good time by the solicitors, all questions I had where answered quickly and effectively, making for a smooth and easy transition into my new home.

Selling a property
My Niece and Myself have been executors to my late Brother Will, we have sold the Bungalow which
was part of his Estate. We had Thatcher & Hallam acting for us, we found them very helpful and
approachable which made the transaction very easy for us. I should add Hayley Wakefield was a great help to us

Fantastic service yet again
Second time using Hayley Wakefield for our conveyancing. Excellent service. Hayley had been very prompt with communications, and has made the process as stress free as possible. Very pleased to have exchanged contracts within 11 weeks of offer being accepted!
