Paul and the barrister were excellent. Good listeners, sharp and efficient, as well as being sensitive. It was very helpful that your firm operates on a fixed fee basis.
The Magistrates Court outcome was the best we could have expected.

Minimum sentence
Carl, highly recommend!
I spoke to miller solicitors after reading positive reviews. And I made the right choice!
And when cps present evidence that had inconsistencies and false claims, Carl was able to speak with cps in private, to challenge these, and if necessary in court.
Luckily, all went well and Carl represented me in away, to ultimately achieve the best possible outcome.
I got the minimum sentence 12 months, reduced to 9 (pending completion of drink drive course).
I highly recommend Carl. Don’t go to court without being represented! They know their job.

Driving offence
