A safe pair of hands
Lauren dealt with our house sale and onwards purchase. We found her to be extremely efficient - replying promptly and explaining complex things in an accessible way. We appreciated her attention to detail and felt like we were in safe hands. Having Lauren on our side during a stressful time was very reassuring. Highly recommend.

The Dream Solicitor
Lauren was incredible, I genuinely could not recommend her highly enough. I put the offer in and within 29 days I had the keys in my hand and was walking through the front door.
Lauren was incredibly efficient and professional, sending all the paperwork through in an easy to understand format. If there was ever any clarification needed, she was on the end of the phone explain everything in as much detail as I needed.
Lauren was also incredibly personable, making a very stressful process so easy and straightforward. From the moment I appointed her, I had full faith that she would deliver everything as needed when needed.

Highly efficient and great communication
Lauren is highly efficient and a great communicator. She is pleasant to deal with and processes paperwork and replies to emails promptly. It’s so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and talk to her! I highly recommend Lauren!

Cannot recommend enough
Lauren was absolutely amazing, managing the conveyancing for both my sale and purchase. I cannot recommend Lauren enough, she is professional, empathetic, a fantastic negotiator, impeccable attention to detail, but most of her she never forgets that there is a person at the end who is going through one of the most stressful times in their lives. I pulled out of the 1st attempted purchase due to Lauren’s due diligence and her gut instincts that something was wrong was spot in, she didn’t let the points go even though we were given the run around, when the evidence was finally provided, it proved Lauren right. Lauren then explained to me in lawman’s terms what it all meant & we pulled out (best decision, she really does have her clients best interest in heart). She then managed the 2nd right through to completion which the same professional and positivity. We had a horrendous exchange day & nearly missed the deadline, Lauren was fundamental in pushing it through & made it happen. I honestly thank Lauren from the bottom of my heart, not only was she the professional I needed, she was also my emotional support & gave me the courage to make difficult decisions. Even though I have moved half way up the country, it I ever do move again, I will only use Lauren for both sale & purchase. Lauren you were a hero, you were my only port of calm in what was the most horrific & stressful time of my life so far. Thank you. To anyone else, please use Lauren, you will not regret it for one instant. The fees were very reasonable as well.

Highly Recommend Lauren!
Lauren was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process for our sale and purchase. The other sides caused some delays but Lauren was always replying promptly and dealing with any queries they had. Excellent conveyancer
Lauren was a fantastic conveyancer, she really kept on top of everything we needed and was very quick and efficient into the bargain! Lauren even dealt very quickly and calmly with lady minute hiccups introduced further down the chain from us when movers were sat outside the new place!
