Purchase / sale of property - Brilliant service

Professional from start to finish.
I cannot recommend Bridge McFarland highly enough. We used them to sell a property and they were friendly, efficient, transparent and went the extra mile. Jacob Oram was fantastic who went above and beyond in what was a painful transaction dealing with a 'particular' buyer and their average legal team. Jacob was always available and offered excellent advice - the team covered very well during any absences. I will certainly use Bridge McFarland and their team again and would recommend them to anyone needing an efficient professional experience.

Amazing Firm for a Property Transaction

Bridge McFarland made a difficult process easier for me.
I had the difficult job of selling my mum’s house for care home fees. I can’t thank Jacob and the team enough for their help and support. There was always someone to talk to and Jacob was so easy to talk to and if he wasn’t available he would call me back very quickly. A big thank you to him.

Selling and purchasing property
Me and my partner sold and bought a new property in just over 3 months with Bridge McFarland as our solicitors. Great to have somebody on my side
Jacob was always prompt in response. He listened to my instructions and executed them immediately. He gave me advice when I needed it and was available for my phone calls when I wanted to talk. It felt like he was really on my side and during a challenging sale, that was appreciated and comforting.
