The team are very helpful but I did find I had to do a lot of chasing to get information about the progress of the case and unfortunately I had to go through the mortgage application twice as the offer had expired by the time we came to complete so this did delay the matter which I understand was partly my fault as I did not realise there was an expiry date. I am not aware of what the hold up was as I paid all of the outstanding amounts as soon as the requests were sent and any documents were signed and sent back in a timely manner so I can only assume the hold up was with the firm. Despite this, the case has now completed and I am grateful of the work that has been done and it was reassuring to me that I had people working on the case with extensive knowledge and experience with lease extensions.

Real Estate
I started with a great hope to work with a local solicitor with the belief that I will receive great and timely support. The purchase of the property was completed, however overall I am disappointed about the service. The key issues were timely response and effective management of the process

Angela Badcock dealt with my conveyancing effectively despite it being a challenging process. This required Angela to do regular chasing on my behalf and I'm confident if it hadn't been for her approach the process would have stalled dramatically. Angela Badcock led the conveyancing for my sale and purchase. It was a particulary challenging sale and purchase and required Angela to do a lot of chasing on my behalf which she offered to and did willingly. I am very grateful to her for the effort she put into this for me and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Gardner Leader were fantastic is representing us whilst purchasing a new property. After a terrible experinace selling a previous property we quickly seeked alterntive support for our purchase and Gardner Leader did not disapoint.
