At ease from the first meet
Anne was so calm and understanding, there was no unnecessary communication and clearly knew exactly what I needed to know and understand.
Anne was always available as and when I had any questions and even when there was a pause with the bank being slow, Anne went above and beyond to get a response in time for a deadline.

First time house sale

Very efficient
They were there for me every time I rang for help! Don't think I EVER rang, and no-one was available! Handled the whole sale and purchase efficiently. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Standard Solicitor’s Practice
Solicitors used for selling a property only. Buyer’s were using the same solicitor’s practice, no chain and first time buyers. Process took nearly four months. Seems to be standard practice these days.
Responded quickly when I had a query or chasing update. Slightly disappointed that it was me checking in and finding out what was going on.

Got the job done
Sale of the property was bit of a roller coaster, there were times where things were moving quick but everything was happening last min due to being told everything last minute and am not sure if this was the buyers solicitors. I was having to call every week to chase for an update.

Very happy
First time selling a house, and it went a lot smoother than people told me to expect. JMP kept in touch both over the phone and email. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
