At ease from the first meet
Anne was so calm and understanding, there was no unnecessary communication and clearly knew exactly what I needed to know and understand.
Anne was always available as and when I had any questions and even when there was a pause with the bank being slow, Anne went above and beyond to get a response in time for a deadline.
