Jo is an Employment law solicitor who advises both employers and employees in relation to contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Jo helps advise on settlement agreements, employment contracts, policies and procedures, TUPE, restructuring and redundancy, and employment tribunal claims. During her law degree, Jo completed a placement year with General Electric where she discovered her love for employment law. It’s a complex area and there are a great deal of intricacies which she is continuing to learn and discover.
