I was referred to Simeon by Robert Moseley who was dealing with another aspect of the same matter. I found him most helpful and efficient, and he dealt with my problems in a brisk and businesslike way, explaining the law and procedure involved as we went along. Litigation / Dispute Resolution
I contacted Berry and Lambert on the recommendation of a colleague. I had found myself in a difficult legal position and unable to retrieve a large sum of money from a business colleague. Simeon at Berry and Lambert provided me with an initial consultation to ascertain the facts and provide an opinion on whether the claim was likely to succeed, and thankfully also sage advice on how to fund the action.
Despite dealing with a very difficult opponent, and a great deal of obfuscation and avoidance on the part of the opponent, Simeon kept me updated and provided me with a clear route to successful recovery of the debt.

Peace of mind
Mr Simeon Blewett helped me out of a tricky situation with my tenant, who was advertising my property on AirBnB and registered it with Companies House in a breach of the tenancy contract.
His email to the tenant was straightforward, polite and yet absolutely effective. The tenant surrendered immediately and agreed to leave the property.
I thanked Mr Simeon Blewett, saying that he was like a Swiss Watch. Reliable, responsive, effective and an absolute gentleman.

Defaulting Tenants
It was suggested that Simeon Blewett of Berry & Lambert assist me with a joint tenancy on one of my properties where a spouse had left the property and the other spouse had a very young child and did not work. With Simeon's guidance and Court proceedings we resolved the issue efficiently.
