Probate sale of my late fathers property
Excellent service received from both Lesley Weller and her assistant Alicia Holland in respect of the probate sale of my late fathers property, phone was always answered first time so no need to request a call back and any email enquiries were dealt with promptly.On my last visit to the office to deliver the final paperwork I parked in the space reserved for your clients and completed the registration of my car to avoid any fine, later that day I received a phone call from a young man at your office, sorry I can’t recall his name, who was concerned that I may have omitted to do this and wanted to do the registration for me, in case I had not, to avoid a fine which is just a further example of this firms care for their clients.

Property Transaction
From start to finish, Lesley Weller and legal secretary Alicia Hollands have been absolutely terrific - and quite patient with who had never bought a property before so felt overwhelmed to begin with.
They had to put up with my questions, sometimes asking the obvious on more than one occasion.
Despite their being extremely busy, I knew that I would receive an answer as soon as humanly possible.
It takes a lot to impress me. I was hugely impressed with their dedication.
I believe that finding the right home was important, but finding the right solicitor was even more so.

Good service
Martin tolhurst helped us sell 2 properties and purchase one all together. There communication was good and they were efficient. Good service provided and good value for money. They kept us up to date with charges that needed to be added to our original quote throughout the process.

Outstanding solicitor Lesley and Alicia top team
This sale was the most complicated and lengthy sale (1 year and 9 days long). This amazing team always responded and were the most kind considerate focused team who really went the extra 100 miles! Never had an experience like this! This spectacular team always picked up answered questions brilliantly and completely leaving me very clear and comfortable given the circumstances. I would personally like to thank both for their support, dedication and determination to reach the completion, finally! Thank you both for being outstanding and above the rest!!!

Buying and selling a house

House sale
Martin Tolhurst Solicitors were excellent from start to finish. Lesley Weller and Alicia Holland kept me well informed throughout. They made my house sale smooth and straightforward. This is my second time using MTS and they were also great 5 years ago; Lesley Weller was also involved in that sale and purchase.

Smooth transition
I was expecting loads of problems & legal jargon. We actually achieved a smooth exchange & completion with a simple process. We were obviously lucky to have a good buyer giving us a stress free time. The legal team were always helpful & knowledgeable, the fees were very good.

Good service but unfinished
Hi the service from Martin Tolhurst has been good, improvements to keeping you up to date it would be great not to have to ring every two weeks to find out what is going on.
Also returning email messages to say that they have received them, but am I being picky!!
The overall service as stated at the beginning that the service was good is still how I feel.
