Hannah advises on a range of commercial work types, many falling within the agricultural and leisure sectors. Her experience includes dealing with the sale and acquisition of both vacant and multi-let commercial, HMO and agricultural properties, advising on landlord and tenant matters including the negotiation and completion of leases and lease renewals, the negotiation of option agreements, conditional contracts and overage agreements and general commercial property work including the grant and surrender of easements, SIPP transfers and property finance. Hannah is an active team member of our Land, Estates & Rural Business Sector and our Leisure Team.
