Sale and purchase
A long process due to 3 buyers pulling out before the eventual buyer was found. Lauren kept me in touch at all stages with my sale and purchase and would highly recommend

Great service from Bromfield Legal
I recently had the pleasure of working with Bromfield Legal in Nuneaton for a complex property transaction, selling and buying in the same time and I was thoroughly impressed with their service.

Conveyancing
Unapproachable, rude, never available, slow, expected me to drive 2 hours to sign contract, no over of sending it by post until I requested it.
Then it was going to take 3 to 4 days to get here, until I said I would pay postage for next day delivery.
Not helpful whatsoever.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about the service which you received but it is unfortunate, that these issues were never raised with us when your matter was ongoing to enable us to investigate further. We note that your matter was completed within 3 months of initial instruction, well within the estimated timeframe which you were advised of at the outset of your transaction. We will always offer our clients a face-to-face appointment to come in and sign contracts documents at our offices in Nuneaton, but alternative arrangements will be offered if this is not preferable or feasible for our clients. Unfortunately, it is beyond our control how long the post takes as this depends upon the royal mail but note you did not wish to wait and opted to have these sent to you by recorded delivery. We strive to give our client’s the best possible service and will always endeavour to keep our clients updated frequently and respond to any queries in a timely manner.

After 16 Years in the same House
We've finally managed to sit down with a glass of wine after a few weeks settling in to our new home, thanks to Bromfield legal for making this possible.
