I am a Solicitor within the Family/ Child Care Department in the Birmingham Office. I have numerous experiences in assisting vulnerable clients in family and child care matters including assisting clients in obtaining injunctions including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders for their protection and safety. I undertake my own advocacy representing clients in Family Court for Family Law Proceedings including emergency without notice hearings and Private Children Act Proceedings representing parents in obtaining Specific Issues Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and Child Arrangements Orders. I am experienced and willing to act under extreme time pressures to support my clients. I have experience in assisting clients to obtain legal aid (if eligible) to fund their case and advising private clients using affordable fixed fees and hourly rate pricing packages. I am based in the Birmingham Office, however, I assist clients all over the United Kingdom. I am fluent in Murpiri.
