Associate Solicitor (Duty)

James is a senior Duty Solicitor based at our Derby Office. He qualified in 1998. Being a Duty Solicitor means that he is additionally qualified to appear on the Legal Aid Agency rota to represent people in the police station and at court at short notice and often for very serious offences. James’ ability to maintain close contact and offer timely, valuable and robust advice is second to none. His clients invariably appreciate his honest and straightforward approach to matters. The breadth of his experience means that any client, no matter their case, will receive an excellent level of service and know that James will ensure the best possible outcome. He has a large number of loyal clients who insist on him representing them at court.
