I contacted Forbes because of a complaint I had with Lancashire Police that was upheld and I needed to know how to take the matter further. Lisa was so friendly and helpful and has provided me with some really helpful background information and guidance on how to pursue the matter through the proper channels. Lisa sent me a wealth of helpful and easy to understand information along with links to various places and departments within the police. I can't recommend Forbes enough and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Lisa was great
I had an accident back in December 2023 due to an hole in a drain and we found the incredible Lisa Atkinson to take on obtaining settlement and fixing the problem so it didn’t happen to anyone else. We have just now agreed settlement after a year of back and forth with the persons liable so it’s been a long process! But Lisa remained really dedicated, kept momentum going and always made sure to communicate any updates on my case. I’m so grateful to her for resolving this for me as it hasn’t been a straightforward one!

Road traffic incident
Lisa was extremely helpful from start to finish of the process. Lisa kept me fully updated every step of the way and was wonderfully helpful and supportive. Fully recommend. My incident was as a pedestrian with my child and she was great.
