Best results I could hope for.
I was due to receive a ban from driving, before I contacted Mathew, he explained everything to me as clear as possible and thanks to his experience and knowledge in this sector we avoided even going to court and losing my license, I can’t thank him and his team enough, very professional staff, thank you very much I recommend anyone who is need just call them.

Only under the influence of sheer relief and happiness after my case was dismissed earlier this week!
Let me walk you through my story. In December 2023, I was arrested for a serious driving and felt certain I’d lose my license for at least 12 months. As a business owner, the thought of losing my license made me question how I could even function. I was ready to throw in the towel and accept my fate. With evidence piling up (or so I thought), I didn’t see a way out.

Firstly i would like to extend my sincere thanks to Matthew and Hilary, without them i would not be in the place i am right now.
Almost 3 years ago i made a call to Matthew- following what was and will forever be the worst night of my life.
After countless sleepless nights i decided to face, the shame i was accused of, and spontaneously called Kenwsy Mille.
At this point i love you❤️ had no other support, my family had used me as a sitting duck- the distraction that was caused by Tremona that night was forgotten along with thier comedown! However mine was just about to start.
From day 1.. i felt listened to, supported, reassured, both Matthew and Hilary were aware of the sensitive nature of the circumstances and walked with me throughout the entire time.
My first hearing gave me the intense pleasure of meeting Mr Lucas, my barrister and my forensic expert.

Kenway Miller have been amazing and we would not hesitate in recommending their services.
Our son was facing a minimum 1 year ban for a drug driving offence related to cannabis use. It was close to 6 months after he was arrested and we had heard nothing back from the courts, so assumed the matter was not being pursued.
Unfortunately we were wrong. He received a court summons just before the six month mark. On the morning We received the summons I contacted Matthew for advice. He was extremely helpful and informative, spelling out the possible opinions open to us in terms of defending our son's case.
After a couple of weeks of agonizing over what to do, we decided to to use the services or Kenway Miller and we are very pleased we did. We called them back and initially spoke with Hilary. She was also very helpful, attentive and professional. She gathered all the required information in a prompt and effective manner and was empathetic and non judgemental with our son.
The ultimate upshot of appointing Kenway Miller was that our son's case was not pursued by the CPS after his first court hearing. We have no doubt that without their input that this would not have been the positive result we had hoped for. We can't thank them enough for the excellent work they did on his behalf.

Drug Driving
Well well well . It seems the authorities have to follow procedure too .
Right from the offset after speaking to Mathew and Hilary my and my son’s nerves were settled somewhat. They guided us through the whole procedure calmly and professionally , in what was a very stressful year as my son’s career was hanging in the balance .
