Sue is a Senior Associate in the Employment Team in the East Midlands with over 20 years’ knowledge and experience of all aspects of employment law. Sue excels at providing clear, strategic and solution focused advice on complex HR matters with experience across both the private and public sector. Sue adopts a highly collaborative approach to support clients in achieving the best possible outcome in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Her areas of expertise include HR issues such as performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters, managing business restructure, TUPE, redundancy and dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. She is highly experienced in resolving disputes and dealing with all matters relating to contracts of employment and policies and procedure.
